These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by AETHERICCODE SOLUTIONS - FZCO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), registered under IFZA License No.: 60363.

2. Applicable Laws

These Terms are governed by:

• UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies
• UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection
• DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020
• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2022 (Electronic Transactions and Trust Services)

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

4. Services

We provide enterprise technology solutions, including but not limited to computer systems design, communication equipment software, and IT consultancy services, in compliance with UAE telecommunications regulations and IFZA guidelines.

5. Commercial Registration and Licensing

AETHERICCODE SOLUTIONS - FZCO operates under IFZA License No.: 60363. All business activities are conducted in accordance with the scope permitted under our license and applicable UAE free zone regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AETHERICCODE SOLUTIONS - FZCO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Code) and other applicable UAE laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
